When travelling to your theory test appointment at Merthyr Tydfil Theory Test Centre, it is really important to make sure that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to have enough time to prepare for your test.

Here is some travel advice:

Walking: If you are walking, you will see the Avenue de Clichy. The test centre is located at Riverside Court. When you arrive near the River Taft, you are close to the theory test centre.

By Car: If you are travelling by car, aim for the A4054 Road. Then park your vehicle at Abermorlais Car Park or at Castle Multi-Storey Car Park.

By Bus: If you are commuting by bus, there are plenty of bus stops that can be found nearby the theory test centre. You can head off to Kirkhouse Memorial Hall then walk a few steps to arrive at the theory test centre.

By Train: If you are travelling by train, the  Merthyr Tydfil train station is south of the theory test centre making a straightforward walking route.

Make sure you bring your provisional licence with you to your theory test appointment. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to sit for your theory exam.
