When travelling to your theory test appointment at Stranraer, you need to arrive 15 mins earlier to not miss your appointment and have enough time to prepare for your test.

Here is some travel advice:

Walking: If you are planning to walk when getting to the test centre, you will need to head towards  North Strand Street. When you find the Stranraer Museum, you are closer to the theory test centre.

By Car: If you are travelling by car, you can park your car at Breastworks Car Park. It is the nearest car park to the theory test centre.

By Bus: If you are travelling by bus, you can head off to the bus station at Port Rodie. Then walk for at least 1 minute to arrive at the theory test centre.

By Train: If you are travelling by train, the train station is situated south of the theory test centre. It is located within walking distance from the theory test centre.

Make sure you bring your provisional licence with you to your theory test appointment. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to sit for your theory exam.

1. Have your driving licence information with you
2. An email address to receive a booking confirmation
3. Credit or debit card to pay for your theory test.
